AT Manufacturing’s Solid Cast Centralizers are specially designed for horizontal wells wherein maximum standoff is required with low coefficient of friction.
These centralizers are designed to minimize unwanted removal of well cake and for easy running of casing. The blades of these Centralizers are made at an angle of 30 degrees with curved and sloping ends to prevents edge of blades from embedding into formation for applications when casing is rotated.
Constructed of one-piece high strength cast steel or with Aluminum alloy to resist corrosion as well as its lightweight characteristics or the non-sparking zinc alloy. These alloy offer excellent tensile and yield strength as well as are high impact resistance.

Bow/Spring Centralizers
ATM’s Bow/Spring Centralizers are specially designed for vertical wells wherein low starting forces as well as high restoring forces are required. The Bows of these Centralizers are heat treated in special furnace which gives it a peculiar ‘bow spring’ action.
The specific hardness of the bows calculated by our Engineers to make it high in performance and strength. Balancing the Starting Forces with the Restoring Forces taking care of the Running Forces makes it an apt product for today’s severe downhole drilling conditions. The flexing of bows is critical most factor for these Centralizers and the bows undergo special state of flexing before assembly to ensure that they do not snap off under extreme stress conditions.
Various sizes and types are available. Hinged Welded, Hinged Non-welded & Slip on Welded Bow are some examples.

The primary function of stop collars is to limit the movement of Centralizers onto the casing pipe. AT-Manufacturing’s Stop Collars are able to withstand high axial forces with ‘one go’ locking system which makes them the primary choice of drilling operators.
